$35 + $130adult first passport book · $35 to the facility, $130 to the U.S. Department of State
Federal fees, the same everywhere (22 CFR 22.1): a $35 execution fee to the acceptance facility, and for an adult passport book a $50 application fee plus the $80 security surcharge to the U.S. Department of State. In North Dakota the county facility is the Recorder in some counties, the Clerk of District Court in others, and in Grand Forks the Tax Equalization Office.
