You may not need to post this. Utah local health departments issue certified copies over the counter, same day and without an appointment, for any Utah birth from 1905 onward — you do not have to go to the county where it happened. Davis County, for example, charges $25.00 for the first copy and $10.00 for each additional copy bought the same day, with printing until 4.30pm. Fees vary by county, so ring ahead. The mail route to Utah Vital Records remains if you would rather post it.
