Get a Hunting or Fishing License in Hyde County, SD
This service isn't handled by the Register of Deeds. Here's where to go instead.
South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks sells hunting and fishing licenses online — one system covers both. You can also buy in person from retail license agents (sporting-goods stores and many other retailers) across South Dakota. The Register of Deeds does not sell them.
🌐 Go to South Dakota Game, Fish and Parksgfp.sd.gov ↗The resident fishing license is $31on the Department's own price list and in its rule (ARSD 41:07:01:12). Anyone 18 or older also needs a habitat stamp, $10for residents (SDCL 41-6-85). For small game and combination licenses, read the price on the Department's page: its list and the published rule give different figures, so none is printed here.
⚠️ This office does not process hunting and fishing licenses. Use the agency linked above. The office below is your county's Register of Deeds — useful for other services.
