The clerk must still take it, but at $25.00 for the first page and $10.00 for each page after (28 O.S. § 32(A)(13)–(14)), plus the $10.00. A page listing more than 25 legal descriptions costs $1.00 per legal description over 25 on a page (19 O.S. § 298(A)).
