What state law sets: $27.00. That is $10.00 for the license (ORC 2101.16(A)(46)) and the $17.00 domestic-violence shelter fee every probate court must collect (ORC 3113.34); a probate judge may add up to $3.00 for computerization (ORC 2101.162).
