Apply for a Passport in Lewis County, ID
Here's what to expect at the County Clerk — it is on the U.S. Department of State's list of passport acceptance facilities.
Federal fees, the same everywhere (22 CFR 22.1): a $35 execution fee paid to the acceptance facility, and for an adult passport book a $50 application fee plus the $80 security surcharge paid to the U.S. Department of State. First-time applicants use form DS-11 and apply in person.

Federal form. Lodge it at a passport acceptance facility designated by the U.S. Department of State — in Idaho that is usually the County Clerk and Recorder: 34 of the 44 counties say on their own sites that they accept applications.
