Apply for a Passport in New Castle County, DE
Passport applications go to an acceptance facility designated by the U.S. Department of State, and the Clerk of the Peace is not on that list. Here's where to go instead.
Federal fees, the same everywhere (22 CFR 22.1): a $35 execution fee paid to the acceptance facility, and for an adult passport book a $50 application fee plus the $80 security surcharge paid to the U.S. Department of State. First-time applicants use form DS-11 and apply in person.

Federal form — apply at any USPS passport acceptance facility.
⚠️ This office does not process passport applications — a passport acceptance facility does. The office below is your county's Clerk of the Peace — useful for other services.
