Apply for a Passport in Riverside County, CA
Passport applications go to an acceptance facility designated by the U.S. Department of State, and the County Clerk-Recorder is not on that list. Here's where to go instead.
Federal fees, the same everywhere (22 CFR 22.1): a $35 execution fee paid to the acceptance facility, and for an adult passport book a $50 application fee plus the $80 security surcharge paid to the U.S. Department of State. First-time applicants use form DS-11 and apply in person.

Federal form. It must be handed in, unsigned, at a passport acceptance facility — post offices, some libraries and courts, and some county offices. Use the federal locator to find one near you.
⚠️ This office does not process passport applications — a passport acceptance facility does. The office below is your county's County Clerk-Recorder — useful for other services.
