Print it, complete it in black ink, and deliver it in person or by mail to the County Clerk. Apply at least 30 days before the election to vote in it.

Arkansas has no online voter registration. The Secretary of State: “You must fill out a paper Voter Registration Application.” Its online form only asks for a paper application to be mailed to you. Pick one up from the County Clerk, or print the Secretary of State’s official application.
