Get a Death Certificate in Mississippi County, AR

Death certificates are issued by Arkansas Vital Records, not the County Clerk.
🌐 Go to the official portalhealthy.arkansas.gov ↗$10.00 for the first copy and $8.00 for each additional copy of the same record ordered at the same time; if no record is found the $10.00 is kept as a search fee, and only the names and dates you list are searched. Mail the form with a copy of your photo ID and a check or money order to ADH Vital Records in Little Rock, or take it there in person. The Department of Health says it offers “vital records services in all local health units”, but its walk-in instructions name only the Little Rock office, so call your Local Health Unit before going. The County Clerk does not hold death records.
